If you previously cancelled your flight on our website after the free cancellation period, depending on the fare of the cancelled flight, you will have a credit that can be used for a future flight purchase on the same airline, for the same passengers. You can access your credit, browse and book eligible flights via our self-service options.
You can also access your credit directly through your email confirming your flight cancellation. Simply click on the link for using your credit, and it'll take you to a page to book with your credit.
"Book with your credit" automatically applies your flight credit onto your new flight search
If you have a Priceline account, log into My Trips and go to the Cancelled section. Find the flight you cancelled for credit to book a new flight with that credit.
How to access your cancelled trip
If you don’t have a Priceline account, you’ll need to access your trip itinerary. Find your email regarding the cancelled trip to access the trip itinerary, or use our Find My Trips tool to access your trip itinerary. You will need to provide your email address and phone number.
